WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Rachel Wear charges you no shipping costs. So you don’t have to worry about extra fees.

You may return our items if necessary.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, you can track your order via Track & Trace. You can follow your order on the order status page, and you will receive a link by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Please note that updating the Track & Trace status may take some time.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Rachel Wear strives to deliver products as quickly as possible. If you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day.
Many items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which results in an average delivery time of 6–15 business days.

I WON’T BE HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for collecting your package. You usually have 7–15 days to pick up your package at a designated pickup location. If your package is not collected within this period, it may be returned to us.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there is usually only a small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered the wrong delivery address.

MISSING OR LOST ITEMS

If items are missing from your package, please let us know. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will find an appropriate solution.

Note: It is your responsibility to collect your package on time. If delivery is returned due to non-collection, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs.

If you entered the wrong address or were not present at the provided address, you are also responsible for this. In such cases, we disclaim any liability.
